we have reached all time lowest morale..all thanks to our commanders..totally don't feel like doing anything at all..no mood, no more motivation..people selected to go canada due to merit?? i really don't know man..i am starting to think this place is a big screw up..the last thing i wanna do is to turn the men against them..it is possible coz they didn't realise that the link between officers and men are the specialists..oh man..what the fuck is going on..things never go the way you want it to...
