when i first woke up today i wondered why is it so darn cold now..i pulled the window blinds one side and i got a shock..it is raining!! my first thought was that i wanna pang seh debby and don't go see my room liao..in the end i forced myself to go..i tried my best to go walk there by memory after reading the map a few times and i failed..not too horribly though..i got lost and walked pretty far off..and i realised i was on the wrong road..the road i am supposed to be walking is the next road that i missed at the earlier traffic junction..i should have just used the map and orientate it with the surrounding landmarks..argh..i forgot all my NS topography training..haha..
debby is a very nice lady..and my room isn't as big as i thought it would be..but 2 person can stay in that room though..so i guess i will have lots of space to myself then..haha..i am so looking forward to meeting ryo and ashley my roommates..and to be able to surf and not limit myself anymore! haha..debby offered to pick me up at the hotel on the day i am supposed to move in..omg man..she is just so nice..i felt paiseh at 1st but it would save me some money and time too..
going chadstone shopping center tomorrow..need to get pillow, blanket and bedsheets to use when i move in..i kinda feel bad to be making use of debby..kinda like coz she is picking me that's why i can bring more stuff..i may or may not buy them tomorrow so see how first ba..need to plan a few days after moving in to buy my stuff..coz i need to take bus to and from the mall..its so troublesome without a car..yet it is so costly to drive a car too..haha..
i doubt i will get homesick though..i think i will only get homesick when i see my family or friends leave after coming over to visit..just like when i was in the States..please do come visit though..not that i am complaining..its nice to see familiar faces once in awhile :)
